Sunflower seed quick bread

Sunflower quick bread | |
2 c. | Wheat flour |
1 1/2 c. | All purpose flour |
1/2 c. | Wheat germ |
4 tsp. | Baking powder |
1 tsp. | Salt |
1 tsp. | Baking soda |
2 | eggs |
1 1/2 c. | Buttermilk |
4 Tbsp. | Melted butter |
1 c. | Sunflower seeds |
Mix all dry ingredients. Mix all liquid ingredients. Add together.
Pour into 9 by 5 in. Loaf pan. Sprinkle sunflower seeds on top. Bake at 375 degrees for 55-60 min.
(I used a combo of sour cream and milk. I also added diced apricots....we'll see!)
