.25 c | olive oil |
3/4c | Tahini |
3/4 c | sesame seeds soaked 2 HR |
4 tsp | Sea salt |
2 zucchini with or without skin, rough slice | |
1/2 c | lemon juice |
1 1/4 tsp | Paprika |
1/4 tsp | Cayenne |
1 tsp | Cumin |
10 cloves | garlic |
Chop zucchini in food processor
Squeeze out excess water for thicker consistency
In food processor, add zucchini, garlic, juice, spices & olive oil. Blend.
Add sesame seeds & tahini. Blend.
Transfer mixture to blender. Blend until smooth.
