Good for 5 days refrigerated
    .25 c  olive oil
    3/4c  Tahini
    3/4 c  sesame seeds soaked 2 HR
    4 tsp  Sea salt
2 zucchini with or without skin, rough slice
    1/2 c  lemon juice
    1 1/4 tsp  Paprika
    1/4 tsp  Cayenne
    1 tsp  Cumin
    10 cloves  garlic

Chop zucchini in food processor
Squeeze out excess water for thicker consistency
In food processor, add zucchini, garlic, juice, spices & olive oil. Blend.
Add sesame seeds & tahini. Blend.
Transfer mixture to blender. Blend until smooth.
