    1/4 cup  light butter
    1/4 cup  sugar
    1/3 cup  unsweetened cocoa
    1  egg
    1 cup  low fat Graham crumbs
    3/4 cup  rolled oats
    1/2 cup  unsweetened shredded coconut
    1/4 cup  chopped walnuts
    1 tsp.  Vanilla
    4 tsps.  Light stick butter
    1 tbsp.  Fat free milk
    2 cups  icing sugar
    1/2 tsp.  Vanilla
    2 oz.  Bittersweet chocolate
    2 tsps.  Light butter

Line 9" square baking pan with plastic.

Melt 1/4 cup light butter in a sauce pan over medium heat.
Add 1/4 cup sugar-1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa &1 egg. Cook for 1 minute

Stir in 1 cup Graham cracker crumbs-3/4 cup rolled oats-1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut-1/4 cup chopped walnuts & 1 tsp. Vanilla.

Pat the mixture into the bottom of the pan & freeze approximate 30 minutes

With an electric mixer beat 4 tsps. Light butter and 1 tbsp. Milk. Beat in 2 cups icing sugar & 1/2 tsp. Vanilla. Spread over crust and chill 15 minutes.

Microwave 2 oz. Bittersweet chocolate & 2 tsp. Light stick butter 10 seconds & stir. Spread over filling & chill 2 hours.
