Breakfast Casserole

1 tsp. | salt |
1 tsp. | dry mustard |
1 tsp. | cayenne |
1 lb. | sausage |
1/2 c. | cheddar |
1/2 c. | American cheese, (3 slices) |
1/2 c. | Monterey Jack cheese |
5 slices | bread |
1 can | green chilies, chopped |
Fry sausage and drain. Beat eggs, salt, mustard, milk and spices. Break up bread into small pieces and spread over bottom of 9x13 baking dish. Sprinkle 1/2 of cheeses over bread, then spread sausage over cheese. Pour liquid mixture over top, then remaining cheese. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake 45 minutes (25 covered/20 uncovered) at 350 degrees.
