Green Juice (aka Green Lemonade) Juicer Detox Recipe
    1 head  romaine lettuce
    5 to 6 stalks  kale
    2  sweet apples, (I usually use Fuji or Pink Lady apples)
    1  whole lemon, (organic is best so you don't have to peel it)
    1 to 2 tablespoons  fresh ginger root, (optional - but I love this - add to your own taste)
Process the vegetables and fruit through your juicer. This recipe will give quite a bit of juice - depending on the size of your fruits and vegetables you can probably get two large glasses of juice. You can share with a friend or put the 2nd glass in your fridge and drink it at your next interval (don't save this overnight, it will lose too many nutritional benefits). You'll definitely get an energy 'kick' from this! Feeling Hungry on a Juice Fast Day? Try This Detox Filler The goal during the juice fast is to consume only juice. If you feel like you are not going to make it through the afternoon or evening, then try this detox 'filler.' This juice is very helpful because it satisfies any hunger cravings throughout the detox days.
    4 oz  carrots
    4 oz  apples
    2 stalks  celery
    1  banana

Juice the carrots, apples and celery and then put the juice in a blender with the banana.
