Cinnamon oats pancakes

1 package (6 oz) | pancake or biscuit mix |
1/2 cup | Hill Country Oats |
1 | Egg beaten |
2 Tablespoons | Canola Oil |
1 1/2 cups | Milk |
1/2 Teaspoon | Cinnamon |
1. Lightly oil or spray griddle. Heat pancake griddle (400*F ) or large skillet over high heat for 3 minutes.
2. Combine pancake mix, Oats, egg, oil, milk, and cinnamon in a large mixing bowl. Pour pancakes 1/4 cup each, on hot griddle. Cook 1 to 2 minutes per side( turn only once).
