Cabbage Roll Casserole

1 Head | Cabbage |
1 lb | Ground Turkey |
1 cup | Instant Rice |
2 tbsp | Bacon Grease |
1/4 cup | Curry Powder |
Peel leaves off cabbage and steam in Dutch Oven until tender, with enough water to cover. Add bacon grease,salt and pepper. Brown turkey, drain, and return to pan. Add curry powder and 1cup of water, simmer for 10 min. Once cabbage is tender, strain, and layer half of the cabbage leaves to cover bottom of casserole dish. Spoon half meat mixture over top of cabbage, followed by rice, remaining meat mixture, and remaining cabbage leaves. Bake on 375 until rice is tender. Serve with biscuits,rolls, or even loaf bread and enjoy! :)
