    1lb.  Sausage
    1 can  beef broth, (10oz)
    1 1/4 cup  uncooked rice
    1 (15.5 oz.) can  jalapeƱo black-eyed peas
    1 stick  butter
    1 small  onion, chopped
    1/2 cup  chopped green onions

Slice sausage in bite-size, and brown in skillet. Drain excess grease. Put all ingredients in rice cooker. Press cook. After it switches to "cook", let stand 20 minutes before serving.
