1 Can | chickpeas, drained and rinsed |
4 tsp | tahini |
2 cloves | garlic, crushed |
1 tsp | sesame oil |
1 tsp | lemon juice |
Salt | |
freshly ground black pepper |
Place chickpeas add tahini, garlic and sesame oil. Mash together. Add lemon, salt and pepper. Mix well.
