Chicken cheese steak

| 4 | hot dog buns |
| 1 lb | boneless chicken breast |
| 2 c | onion, chopped into slivers |
| 4 slices | reduced fat cheese |
| 1 | Red pepper, sliced |
Preheat oven 400. Shave chicken by cutting 45 degree angle and tearing. Warm bun in oven for 10 mins. Set small pan over med-hi heat. Mist w/ spray a d sauté onions and peppers. Remove. Add chicken and season with salt and pepper. Cook until lightly browned, about 2 mins. Stir in onions and peppers.
