    2 tbsp  olive oil
    1 lb.  Asparagus cut in 1/2 pieces
    6 large  eggs
    2 cloves  garlic, finely chopped
    1/2 medium  onion chopped
    1/4 - 1/2 c  dry breadcrumbs
    1/2 c  grated parmesan cheese
      Sea salt
      pepper
    1 tbsp  fresh parsley
Oven at 350. Spray 9 in pie plate. Heat oil in fry pan, add asparagus and cook till crisp tender. Reserve. In medium bowl whisk eggs,garlic. Then add breadcrumbs,salt and pepper and parsley. Add asparagus and stir. Pour into plat and cook for 30 - 35 min. Options:
    1/2 c  evaporated milk
      Dijon mustard
      cayenne pepper
      Basil
      Sliced mushrooms
