Crustless asparagus quiche

2 tbsp | olive oil |
1 lb. | Asparagus cut in 1/2 pieces |
6 large | eggs |
2 cloves | garlic, finely chopped |
1/2 medium | onion chopped |
1/4 - 1/2 c | dry breadcrumbs |
1/2 c | grated parmesan cheese |
Sea salt | |
pepper | |
1 tbsp | fresh parsley |
Oven at 350. Spray 9 in pie plate. Heat oil in fry pan, add asparagus and cook till crisp tender. Reserve. In medium bowl whisk eggs,garlic. Then add breadcrumbs,salt and pepper and parsley. Add asparagus and stir. Pour into plat and cook for 30 - 35 min. Options: | |
