| 2 pints | fresh blueberries |
| 2 tsp. | grated orange rind |
| 2 tsp. | grated lemon rind |
| 2 Tb. | lemon juice |
| 1/3 c. | sugar |
| 1 c. | whipping cream |
Combine 1st 5 ingredients, tossing gently; cover and chill. Spoon into individual bowls, and serve with whipping cream.
