Cucumber & Sour Cream

| 2 | cucumbers |
| 3/4 cup | sour cream |
| 1/2 tsp. | Salt |
| 3 1/2 T | sugar |
| 3 T | vinegar |
| 1/4 tsp. | Dry mustard |
| 2 T | onion, chopped or sliced |
Remove peel from cucumbers & slice very thin. Salt to remove some moisture, drain & rinse before adding to dressing.
Dressing: add a few drops of vinegar to dry mustard & cream thoroughly. Blend all ingredients, add cucumbers & let stand in refrigerator at least 1 day.
