Cheesy Cauliflower

| 1 medium head | cauliflower |
| 1/2 c | mayo |
| 2 tsp | prepared mustard |
| 3/4 c | shredded cheese |
Microwave cauliflower on high about 10 min. Let stand 1 min. Drain. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Combine mayo and mustard. Place cauliflower on ungreased baking sheet. Spread mayo mixture on cauliflower and sprinkle with cheese. Bake 10 min. or until bubbly.
