Asparagus tomato feta salad

| 1 Tbsp | Dijon |
| 2 Tbsp | champagne vinegar |
| 1/4 tsp | salt |
| 1/8 tsp. | Pepper |
| 1/2 cup | EXVOO |
| 11/2 lb | asparagus trimmed |
| 1 pint | cherry tomatoes |
| 3 slices | country style French bread cut into 1, 2 " cubes |
| 1/2c. | Feta |
| 2 Tbsp | chopped chives |
Whisk first 5 ingredients. spread asparagus in pan. Drizzle with vinaigrette. In a bowl toss bread and roadie with 2T vinaigrette. Grill over med heat. 6-8 min for asparagus. 2-4 min for Tom / bread until toasted. Top asparagus with Tom and bread. Top with feta, chives and rest of vinaigrette.
