Vegetable Soup - Home Style

1 cup. Onion, chopped 1.Tbsp. Olive oil | |
32 oz. | Chicken broth |
2. Cans. Chicken breast 1 14.8 oz. Diced tomatoes 2 cans. Water (use tomato can) 2 cans. Rotel 1 16 oz. Bag. mixed vegetables 1 can. Garbanzo beans | |
Salt | |
pepper to taste | |
1/2 tsp. | Garlic powder |
2. Bay leaves | |
8 oz. | Macaroni |
Method
Place all ingredients in, except macaroni, in crock pot and cook all day, on low temperature. Add macaroni in last 10 minutes before serving.
Note:
Variations: Use 1# ground top sirloin and beef broth, or
Use 1/2 # ground top sirloin and 1/2 # ground chicken or turkey
breast and beef broth.
Brown meat and place in crock pot.
