1/4 cup | finely chopped celery |
2 tablespoons | finely chopped white onion |
1 clove | garlic, finely chopped |

6 slices | sourdough or dark rye sandwich bread, toasted |
DIRECTIONS
In a mixing bowl, combine the chicken, cheese, mayonnaise, carrot, celery, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper to taste. Stir to mix. Spread on the toasted bread.
