1 12 ounce bottle | white wine vinegar |
11/2 cups | mustard powder |
2 cups | sugar |
1/4 + 1/8 teaspoon salt | |
11/2 teaspoon | turmeric |
3 | eggs, beaten |
Combine vinegar and mustard powder; let sit overnight or at least 12 hours.
Add sugar and let sit 30 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and cook over double boiler until thick (will thicken slightly more as it cools); about 20-30 minutes.
Let cool, refrigerate.
