Family Tray Bake

| 225g | self raising flour |
| 100g block | margarine |
| 100g | caster sugar |
| 100g | mixed fruit |
| 2 | eggs |
| 1/4 pint | milk |

Method:
1. Put oven on gas 6/200c
2. Put flour into a bowl and add margarine
3. Rub flour and margarine into bread crumbs
4. Stir in sugar and fruit
5. Make a well, add eggs and a little milk and mix well. Add rest of milk gradually
6. Pour into a well greased tin
7. Put in oven and bake for 20 minutes until golden brown and well risen
8. Cut into squares
* Goes lovely with a cup of tea or in a lunch box
