Ingredients: 1 chocolate swiss roll (medium size) | |
75g | margarine |
150g | icing sugar |
2tsp | cocoa or 1tbsp of drinking chocolate |
christmas decorations (optional)
Method:
1. Put margarine in bowl and soften
2. Add cocoa/drinking chocolate and beat well
3. Add icing sugar a little at a time beating well
4. Put a dab of icing on he base of swiss roll and press on to a display board
5. Spread icing over the whole swiss roll
6. Fork the roll to create a bark effect
7. Put a teaspoon of icing sugar in a sieve and sprinkle on log to create a snow effect
8. Put decorations on (optional)
