| Schneller Cake mit Rahm Zutaten: (für ein 30er Cake verwende ich ein 2.5 dl Glas) | |
| 1 Glas | Nidle, (Rahm, Halbrahm eignet sich auch) |
| 1 Glas | Zucker |
| 3 | Eier |
| 1.5 Glas | gehackte/gemahlene Haselnüsse |
| 1.5 Glas | Mehl |
| 1 Päckli Backpulver | |
| 1 Prise | Salz |
| 100 Gramm | Schoggiwürfeli |
Zubereitung:
Den Ofen auf 180° Grad vorheizen und eine Cakeform mit Backpapier auskleiden.
Die Zutaten alle miteinander vermischen und in die vorbereitete Cakeform füllen. für ca 60 Minuten backen (Stäbchenprobe). Wer mag kann den Cake auch mit Kuchenglasur überziehen und für die Kinder mit Smartis dekorieren. Dieser Cake eignet sich auch gut zum mitnehmen im Rucksack, in diesem Fall lasse ich ihn wie er ist.
