Baked Horseradish Squares

| 1/2 lb. | cooked ham, coarsely chopped |
| 1 small | onion, quartered |
| 8 oz. | extra-sharp Cheddar cheese, coarsely chopped |
| 1 1/2 Tb. | prepared horseradish |
| 1/2 tsp. | salt |
| 1/2 tsp. | hot pepper sauce |
| 1/4 tsp. | pepper |
| 1 (16 oz.) loaf | very thinly sliced sandwich bread |

Position knife blade in food processor bowl; add ham and onion. Process until finely chopped. Remove from bowl; set aside. Add Cheddar cheese to processor bowl; process until finely chopped. Return ham and onion to processor bowl. Add horseradish and next 3 ingredients; process just until mixture begins to form a ball. Spread about 1 Tb. mixture on each bread slice. Place slices on ungreased baking sheets; cover and freeze about 20 minutes or until spread is firm. Remove crusts; cut each slice into 4 squares. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 400 degrees for 12-14 minutes. Remove from oven; serve immediately.
