Tuna arrabiata

1 tbsp | olive oil |
1 | onion, chopped |
2 | garlic cloves, crushed |
1 | red pepper, cores, deseeded and diced |
1 tsp | smoked paprika |
1/4 tsp | crushed dried chillis |
400g can | chopped tomatoes |
150ml | vegetable |
fish stock, alternative | |
200g can | tuna, drained |
Spaghetti |
1. Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the onion and fry, stirring, for 5 minutes or until just beginning to turn golden around the edges.
2. Stir in the garlic, red pepper, paprika and dried chillies and cook for 2 minutes. Mix in the tomatoes, stock and seasoning. Bring to the boil, then add the tuna. Cover and simmer.
3. Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti per the packet.
