300 mL | sour cream |
500 g | tasty cheese, grated |
3 | spring onions, sliced |
3 rashers bacon, diced
Method
Hollow out the bread cob, leaving a fairly thin layer of the crust only.
Save removed pieces and cut into bite sized chunks.
Mix sour cream and cheese in a bowl. Add spring onions and bacon, and mix to combine.
Bake at 180°C until cheese melts, approximately 45 minutes.
Recipe notes
Serve, using removed bread pieces to dip with, then break pieces from the shell to use for dipping. I use a Baker's Delight Italian Continental loaf for this recipe.
