Tacos, Shredded Beef

Chuck roast | |
2 pkg | taco seasoning |
1/2 - 1 c | water |
Taco shells & desired toppings
Rub both sides of chuck roast with 1 pkg taco seasoning.
Place roast in crock pot. Pour in water.
Cook on low heat 8-10 HR.
Remove meat & shred beef.
Pour out liquid & reserve.
Return beef to crock pot. Sprinkle in pkg of taco seasoning. Add liquid wry per pkg. Slowly add more liquid if needed. Want a moist mixture. Not soupy.
Turn heat to warm. Allow to sit at least 30 min.
Serve as you would ground beef tacos.
