Cheesy Enchilada's

6 or more 10" flour tortillas | |
3 cup | shredded Monterey Jack Cheese |
3 tbl chop | green onions |
1/4 cup | butter |
1/4 cup | flour |
2 cup | chicken broth |
1 cup | sour cream |
1 - 4 oz | can green chilies |
Melt butter slowly and add flour. Slowly add broth. Stir constantly. Boil. Let thicken. Remove from heat and add sour cream. Stir until smooth. Fill tortilla with cheese, onion. Lay seam side down in 9 x 13 pan. Cover with sauce. Cover completely to prevent drying.
