Make Ahead Manicotti

1/2 lb | hamburger |
1/2 cup | onion |
1 clove | garlic, (minced) |
1/2 teas salt 1/4 teas oregano | |
1 slice | diced bread |
1 tbl | parsley flakes |
1 15-1/2 oz jar | spaghetti sauce |
1/2 cup | grated romano cheese |
1/2 lb | shredded mozzarella cheese |
1 | beaten egg |
Manicotti Noodles
Brown meat, onion, and garlic. Drain off fat. Stir in salt, oregano, bread, parsley and 1/4 of spaghetti sauce and grated ramano cheese. Cool slightly. Mix in mozzarella cheese and egg. Fill hot, cooked manicotti with stuffing. Spread 1 cup spaghetti sauce in 7 x 12 pan. Pour remaining sauce down middle of manicotti. Cover with foil. Bake 30 minutes at 350*. Remove foil. Sprinkle remaining grated cheese over top. Bake uncovered for 10 minutes. Can be frozen.
