Quiche Lorraine

      Pie crust
    12 slices  bacon, (1/2 pound) crispy fried and crumbled
    1 c  shredded Swiss cheese, (4 oz)
    1/3 c  minced onion
    4  eggs
    2 c  light cream
    3/4 tsp  salt
    1/4 tsp  sugar
    1/8 tsp  cayenne pepper

Heat oven to 425*. Prepare crust. Sprinkle bacon, cheese, and onion in pastry lined pan.

Blend remaining ingredients. Pour into pie pan.

Bake 15 minutes. Reduce oven temp to 300*. Bake 30 minutes longer or until knife inserted 1" from edge comes out clean.

Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.

Serve.
