Banana ice-cream

| 1/2 tsp | vanilla extract |
Nutmeg sprinkled on top
Directions:
Peel banana, lay on cookie sheet and place in freezer. Once frozen allow to thaw just enough to remove from pan. Place in blender with vanilla and blend until smooth. Top with nutmeg.
