200 gramas de chocolate picado
3 colheres de água
2 colheres de conhaque
4 ovos
1 pitada de sal
Modo de preparo:
Colocar o chocolate em banho maria junto com a água e o conhaque.
Não deixar o chocolate esquentar muito.
Acrescentar as gemas.
Bater as claras em neves com a pitada de sal.
Acrescentar 1/3 das claras em neve e mexer bem.
Adicionar o restante e mexer levemente.
Guardar rapidamente na geladeira.
