Herbed Chicken Pasta

HERBED CHICKEN PASTA
    1 ounce  sundried tomatoes, (marinated or dried)
    6 leaves  fresh basil
    1 teaspoon  butter
    1 teaspoon  fresh garlic
    1/2 teaspoon  shallots
      salt, to taste
      pepper, to taste
    4 ounces  heavy cream
    8 ounces  cooked chicken breast, sliced
    2 ounces  parmesan cheese
    4 ounces  Fettuchini

Melt buuter over low heat and saute tomatoes, basil, garlic and shallots. Add cooked chicken, cream, salt and pepper, simmer for three minutes. Bring water to boil. Add fettucini and boil for approximately 5 minures until pasta is al denter. Drain. Spoon sauce over pasta and top with parmesan cheese.
