Green tea Asian stir fry

GREEN TEA ASIAN STIR-FRY | |
1/2 cup | brewed green tea |
2 Tablespoons | soy sauce |
2 Tablespoons | honey |
2 Tablespoons | olive oil |
1 pound bag | chicken breasts, thinly sliced |
1 bag (16 ounces) | frozen stir fry vegetables |
In small bowl, combine tea, soy sauce and honey; set aside.
In 12-inch skillet, heat Olive Oil over medium-high heat and cook chicken, stirring frequently, 5 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.Remove chicken and set aside.
In same skillet, add vegetables and tea mixture. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat and simmer 3 minutes or until vegetables are almost tender. Return chicken to skillet; cook 1 minute or until heated through.
