1 1/3 c | water |
3/4 c | uncooked long grain white rice |
2 cups | fresh or frozen vegetables |
1/2 tsp | onion powder |
4 | skinless, boneless chicken breast halves |
Or use precooked frozen chicken strips Optional: | |
1/2 c | shredded cheese |
Stir soup, water rice, veggies, onion powder in 12x8 or 9x13" pan.
Top with chicken. Cover with tinfoil
Bake @375* for 45 min or until done. Top with cheese.
