    1 Tbl  Red Wine Vinegar
Handful Pine nuts
      Salt
      Olive Oil

Add peppers to food processor.
Pulse to chop.
Add vinegar & pine nuts.
Purée.
Drizzle in oil.

Season with salt.

Purée smooth.

Serve over quinoa or rice pasta.
