Ingredients
    1/2 lb  ground sirloin or ground beef
    1 small  onion finely chopped
    15 oz  chicken stock
    15 oz  tomato sauce
    1/2 tsp  cayenne pepper
    1/2 tsp  ground cloves
    1/2 tsp  ground cinnamon
    1/2 tsp  oregano
    1/2 tsp  paprika
    1/2 tsp  allspice
    1/2 tsp  cumin
    1 tbs  garlic powder
    1 tbs  onion powder
    1 tbs  butter

Directions
In a large skillet over medium heat, brown ground sirloin or ground beef. Drain off any excess grease then set aside.
In a large saucepan, add the remaining 13 ingredients. Stir and bring to a mild boil. Let simmer for 30 minutes to thicken.
Remove from heat and stir in browned meat.
Place mixture into a blender and puree.
Sauce may be used immediately or freeze for later.
