4 C - flour 1 Tbs - yeast 2 C - warm water (French bread 1 C water) 2 Tbs - sugar 1 1/2 Tsp - salt
    1  egg

1/4 C - oil

Put yeast in 1/2 C water & 1 Tsp sugar. Put remaining water in mixing bowl add tensing sugar, salt, oil & 1 C flour. Beat well until smooth. Beat in yeast & then egg. Beat in remaining flour. Knead until smooth. Put in greased bowl turn once to bring greased side up, cover let raise 1 hour or until double in size. Makes 4 Lg pizzas
