Creamy Mac n Cheese

1 tbs | salt |
1 lb | macaroni |
1/3 cup | flour |
2 12 oz cans | evaporated milk |
1 cup | chicken broth |
3 tbs | butter |
1-1/2 tbs | Dijon mustard |
1/2 cup | Parmesan cheese |
Pepper to taste | |
1 lb | grated extra sharp cheddar |
Cook pasta al dente
Heat milk and broth in 4 cup Pyrex cup or bowl until steamy. Melt butter, whisk in flour then hot milk to make a cream sauce. Add mustard, Parmesan and pepper. Turn off heat - add cheese, stir until melted.
Add pasta. Stir to heat through. Serve hot.
