    1 lb  bow tie pasta
    1/4 cup  EVOO, (4 times around pan)
    6  garlic cloves
    2 medium  zuchinni
Coarse salt/pepper
    1cup  parmigiano-reggiano or romano
    1 cup  fresh basil, (20 leaves)

Cook pasta, reserve 2 ladles of starchy water. In skillet add EVOO & garlic, cook 2 minutes then add zucchini, cook 8-10 minutes. Season w/ salt & pepper, add starchy water, add pasta to zucchini, toss w/ cheese. Serve w/ shredded basil on top!
