Chili Lasagna

3 cans (15 oz) | Chili Man Chili with Beans |
3/4 tsp | ground cayenne pepper |
8 oz | pkg lasagna noodles, cooked and drained |
15 oz carton | ricotta cheese |
12 oz pkg | shredded mozzarella cheese |
1/4 cup | grated Parmesan cheese |
Guacamole, sour cream, and chopped green onions (optional) |
Blend 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper into each can of chili.. Spread 1 can of chili in the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish. Arrange 1/2 of cooked and drained lasagna noodles over chili. Layer second can of chili, 1/2 carton ricotta cheese, 1/2 pkg mozzarella cheese and 2 Tbsp Parmesan over noodles. Repeat. Bake in preheated oven at 350 for 50 minutes. Remove from oven and let sit for 10 minutes before serving. If desired, serve with guacamole and sour cream, then sprinkle with green onions.
