Salame alla nutella e mascarpone

| 250g | mascarpone |
| 200g | Oro Saiwa |
Mescolare la nutella con il mascarpone, amalgamando bene.
Sbriciolare i biscotti grossolanamente( compito svolto con entusiasmo da mio marito). Unire i biscotti al composto poi mettere il tutto su carta frigo e formare, arrotolando, il salame. Tenere in frigo finchè non si solidifica.
