Pureed Bananas

| 6 | ripe bananas |
| 3/4 cup | coconut milk |
| 1/2 cup | sugar |
| 1/2 cup | palm sugar |
| pinch | salt |
Peel bananas. Use beater or food processor to process the coconut milk and bananas until creamy.
Spray a large non-stick skillet with cooking spray. sauté the creamy banana mixture on med-high heat until the mixture is dry, about 10 min.
Add both the sugars and the salt and continue to mix and cook until the mixture caramelizes. Spread on a cookie sheet/baking sheet to 1-in thickness and allow to cool.
Cut into 1-in pieces and serve
