Stir-Fried Glass Noodles with Pork

2 oz | cellophane noodles |
2 TBS | oil |
8 oz | ground/minced pork |
2 | eggs |
4 | garlic cloves, minced |
1/2 cup | sliced cabbage |
1/2 cup | chopped green onions |
3 TBS | fish sauce |
3 TBS | Maggi seasoning |
2 TBS | sugar |
Soak the noodles in warm water for 10 mins.
Heat a large skillet and add the oil, pork, eggs, and garlic. Stir-fry for 2 mins, then add the remaining ingredients and continue to cook (on lower heat if necessary) until the noodles are tender and the sauce is reduced. Remove to serving plate.
