    3 TBS  oil
    3 TBS  green curry paste
    1 lb  boneless chicken, sliced
    1/2 cup  bamboo shoots
    1/2 cup  sliced green and red jalapeƱo peppers
    1/4 cup  coconut milk
    3 TBS  fish sauce
    3 TBS  sugar
    1 cup  hot basil leaves
    3 TBS  coconut cream

Heat a large skillet and add the oil and green curry paste. Add the chicken and stir-fry for 3 mins, then add all but the last two ingredients. cook on high heat for 4 mins.
Toss in the basil leaves and pour the coconut cream on top. Remove to a serving plate.

Serves 4
