Mexican Lasagna | |
1 pound | ground beef |
1 (16-ounce) can | refried beans |
3/4 tsp | garlic powder |
9 uncooked lasagna noodles | |
1 (16-ounce) jar | salsa |
2 cups | water |
2 cups , 16 ounces | sour cream |
1 2 1/4-ounce can | drained olives |
1 cup , 4 oz, shredded Mexican-blend cheese
1/2` cup thinly sliced green onions
In a skillet, cook beef until no longer pink. Add refried beans and garlic powder, heating through.
Place 3 noodles ina 13" x 9" baking dish. Cover with 1/2 the meat mixture. Repeat layers. Top with remaining noodles.Combine salsa and water. Pour over noodles.
Cover and bake at 350* for 60-70 minutes. Spread with sour cream. Sprinkle with olives, cheese and onions. Ready to serve.
