Tuna Noodle Casserole

2 cans | Tuna |
1 tbsp | mustard |
2 cups | milk |
2 tbsp | butter |
2 tbsp | flour |
1 cup | peas |
Pinch | salt |
pepper |
Egg noodles
1. Put pot of water on high heat to boil.
2. In deep pan over medium heat melt 2 tbsp butter.
3. Once butter has melted add 2 tbsp flour and whisk together. Add milk half at a time allowing first half to heat up before adding second half. Whisk together.
4. Once milk mixture begins to thicken add mustard, tuna and peas.
5. When water is boiling add noodles. Once noodles are soft strain, mix noodles and sauce/tuna mixture all together and enjoy!
