SAUSAGE EGG SQUARES

| 1 pound | sausages |
| 1 medium | chopped green peppers |
| 1 sm | chopped onions |
| 2 cups , 16 oz, cottage cheese, small curd 2 cups ,8 oz, shredded cheddar cheese | |
| 1 1/2 | egg substitute |
| 1 cup | milk |
| 1 cup | biscuit mix |
| 1 (4-ounce) can | chopped green chilies |
In a lg skillet, cook sausage, green pepper, and onion until meat is no longer pink. Stir in the remaining ingredients.
Pour into a 13" x 9" baking dish.
Bake at 350* for 35-40 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean. Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting.
