| 1 pound | ground beef |
| 1 sm | chopped onions |
| 1 (16-ounce) can | refried beans |
| 1 (16-ounce) jar | salsa |
| 1/2 cup | shredded cheddar cheese |
| 1 | chopped green onions |
| 2 tbsps | chili powder |
| Tortilla chips | |
In a skillet, cook the beef and onion over medium heat until cooked. Stir in the next 5 ingredients, heating through. Serve over tortilla chips. Top with olives, onions and tomatoes, if desired.
