Kielbasa Potato Chowder Serves: 2
    1/2 pound  kielbasa, cut into 1/2" pieces
    3  bacon strips, diced
    1 sm  onions, chopped
    1 clove  minced garlic
    1 1/2 cups  chicken broth, reduced sodium
    1 1/2 cups  water
2 mediums potatoes, peeled and cubed
    1/2 tsp  chicken bouillon
    1/8 teaspoon  pepper
2 kales leaves or spinach, fresh and chopped
    1/2 cup  heavy cream
      milk, alternative

In a lg skillet, brown kielbasa and bacon, drain reserving 1 tsp drippings. Add onion and garlic, cook over medium heat until onion is tender.

In a lg saucepan, bring broth and water to a boil. Add the potatoes, bouillion, and pepper. Cook for 10 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Add the meat mixture and kale. Coke over medium heat for 2 minutes or until kale is wilted. Reduce heat. Add the cream ad cook 1 minute longer.
