Apricot Cobbler
    10 cups  fresh apricots, washed and pitted
    3/4 cup  sugar
    1 pinch  salt
    1 tsp  cinnamon
Topping
    1 cup  flour
    1/2 cup  sugar
    1 1/2 tsps  baking powder
    1/2 cup  milk
    1/4 cup  soft butter
Sprinkle on topping:
    2 tbsps  sugar
    1/4 tsp  nutmeg
    1/4 teaspoon  cinnamon
Toss apricots with sugar, salt, and cinnamon. Pour into a 9"x 13" casserole dish. Bake for 10- 15 minutes while preparing the topping. To make topping, combine all ingredients together and stir until lumps are gone. Spoon over the hot apricots.
    Sprinkle  sugar, nutmeg, and cinnamon on top of topping.

Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
