PEACHEY BLUEBERRY COBBLE

Peachey Blueberry Cobblers Serves: 2 | |
1/4 cup | flour |
1/4 cup | sugar |
1/2 tsp | baking powder |
1/4 tsp | salt |
1/4 cup | milk |
2 tbsps | butter, melted |
3/4- 1 cup | fresh or frozen sliced peaches |
1/4 cup | fresh or frozen blueberries |
Vanilla ice cream |
In a small bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Combine milk and butter. Stir into dry ingredients until smooth. Pour into two 8 oz ramekins or custard cups, sprayed with non-stick spray. Top with peaches and blueberries.
Bake at 350* for 30-35 minutes or until fruit is tender. Serve warm with ice cream.
